Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; advanced technical training preferred.
Proven experience in an industrial maintenance or closely related role.
Broad understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Diagnostic chops to troubleshoot and repair varied equipment types.
Detail orientation, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills.
Clear communication and positive teamwork habits.
Willingness to support flexible hours, including weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.
Routine inspections to identify risks and verify compliance with safety standards.
Rapid response to urgent maintenance requests and unplanned downtime.
Accurate documentation of repairs, parts, and maintenance history.
Team collaboration to refine processes and implement improvements.
Assist with new equipment installs and start-ups.
Keep workspaces orderly and safe at all times.
