The Operations/Quality Standards Manager will help leadership plan, administer and direct all activities related to POM and be in compliant with the standards established by Aramark and the client. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified approach to POM management. The Operations/Quality Standards Manager will support the development & growth of hourly associates. Will also focus on meeting and exceeding operating goals, client objectives and customer needs, and delivering the services Aramark is contracted to provide.
