Under the general direction of the Director, Capital Project and in collaboration with the departments Administrative Director, controls how projects are implemented to satisfy the client 's programmatic needs and t meet schedule and fiscal needs. Is responsible for construction methodology, contract management and day to day management of projects. Ensures that all projects whether the design is in house or by outside consulting firms are in compliance with applicable building codes and regulations. Generally acts as the leading individual contributor and coordinator of construction field activities. As such, coordinates construction documents, specific actions, and contracts for routine and complex construction projects.
