Holton-Arms School seeks a Facilities Project Manager to lead capital, construction, and campus-improvement projects that directly support our strategic priorities. This role ensures that our built environment reflects our mission, supports teaching and learning, and strengthens the daily experience of students, faculty, and staff. You will bring clarity to complex facilities initiatives, create structure where it is needed, and guide cross-functional teams, including Facilities, Finance, Academics, and external partners. The Facilities Project Manager plays a pivotal role in stewarding Holton’s physical campus, advancing operational excellence, and ensuring campus spaces remain safe, functional, and inspiring. The ideal candidate approaches work with curiosity, humility, and deep respect for people and place. You recognize that exceptional project management is grounded in strong relationships, thoughtful planning, and transparent communication. You balance rigor with empathy, and you thrive in mission-driven environments where collaboration matters as much as deadlines and deliverables. Your leadership will help translate campus priorities into meaningful action. Your work will ensure that projects are completed successfully—and done in a way that honors our culture, maintains our standards, and supports a thriving school community.
