As a Facilities Project Manager at Southwest Airlines, you’ll lead capital projects across our locations—from planning and design to build and close. You’ll join our Corporate Facilities Projects Team, where you'll manage multiple projects at once, keeping budgets, timelines, and scope on track while coordinating with vendors and internal teams. In this role, you’ll negotiate contracts, oversee construction progress, and ensure spaces meet operational needs efficiently and safely. Your work helps create and maintain facilities that support our People and Customers—keeping Southwest running smoothly every day. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX Headquarters facility during business hours.
