About The Position

Are you a student who is pursuing a career in project management? If so, this position will give you hands on experience and will allow you to gain further knowledge in the field. This is a Summer 2026 position.

Requirements

• Must be able to work independently
• Must have extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Illustrator, reading construction documents, construction processes, architectural graphics, and field measurements
• As an individual who is responsible for driving on behalf of the university, a driving record check will be run pursuant to university policies. The individual will be required to sign an authorization to run a criminal history background and driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Assist and perform highly skilled duties associated with the Project Management Department
• Assist with developing project scopes
• Prepare bid packages
• Research materials and methods
• Preparing cost estimates, drawings, and specifications
• Implementing and scheduling assigned projects and performing construction management
• Performs job duties with the use of a university vehicle
