The Facilities Project Coordinator leads all Citadel-owned and -operated real estate and capital improvement projects, including construction, renovations, interior design, furniture, and relocation initiatives. This role works closely with the Director of Property and Facilities Management and may assist with aspects of property management such as leases and contracts. The coordinator partners with internal business units to support Citadel's values and brand promise, ensuring all projects align with building codes, quality standards, and brand expectations. The position is responsible for full lifecycle project management: planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, contractor coordination, technical oversight, and compliance.
