Facilities Program Manager The Opportunity: As a facilities manager, you understand that relationship-building and keen attention to detail is crucial when overseeing the life cycle of a project. On our team, you’ll work on challenging projects for facility electrical infrastructure upgrades from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership. What You’ll Work On: Research, develop, test, or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial or industrial use. Employ knowledge of electrical theory. Apply specific functional knowledge and working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and in a team environment. Join us. The world can’t wait.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  • Experience working with facilities electrical power systems, including low, medium, and high-voltage power, mechanical systems, fire protection, construction, commercial facility electrical distribution systems, emergency and standby power systems, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and short circuit and protective device coordination
  • Experience with commercial and industrial power systems, mechanical HVAC systems, fire protection, and construction
  • Experience reviewing design documentation and identifying deficiencies, inaccuracies, and noncompliance issues with the design intent
  • Ability to manage commercial facility electrical design and construction projects
  • Ability to evaluate conditions and draft engineering memos that provide sound engineering guidance consistent with industry best practices and all federal, state, and local codes
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight
  • Ability to review and perform engineering calculations
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management
