The Role We are seeking an emerging leader that is highly adaptable and collaborative to join our global facilities management team. This person will lead various ad-hoc projects and programs that support global facilities management teams. These projects will be cross-functional across global business processes with a focus on operational improvement, program development, and stakeholder engagement. The projects this role will be responsible for will result in programmatic improvements to how global facilities teams operate. The successful candidate will be results oriented, comfortable navigating ambiguity, able to balance multiple priorities, have a continuous learning approach and comfortable working across diverse business and cultural contexts. The candidate will demonstrate specific experience leading cross-functional facilities, security and/or operations projects that delivered functional improvements. Additionally, this role will be responsible for leading capital expense planning, tracking, and accountability in alignment with a documented capital expense process across global facilities management operations. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities operations, project management, or business operations.
  • Experience with capital expense planning, financial tracking and governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management concepts with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business, operations, or related field
  • Familiarity with facilities management platforms such as IWMS or CMMS

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a global facilities environment with diverse service delivery models.
  • Certification from a recognized facilities management organization (e.g., IFMA , BOMA , CoreNet ).
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage non-technical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives with the goal of improving the end-user experience, enhancing operational efficiency and improving service delivery across a global facilities management organization.
  • Oversee, administer and evolve global facilities programs
  • Lead capital expense (CapEx) planning, tracking, and governance in alignment with a documented CapEx process across global facilities management operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Real Estate, HR, Finance, IT, and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.
  • Facilitate effective communication and alignment among global stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and report on project performance to leadership.
  • Develop and administer change management plans specific to the project
