The Role We are seeking an emerging leader that is highly adaptable and collaborative to join our global facilities management team. This person will lead various ad-hoc projects and programs that support global facilities management teams. These projects will be cross-functional across global business processes with a focus on operational improvement, program development, and stakeholder engagement. The projects this role will be responsible for will result in programmatic improvements to how global facilities teams operate. The successful candidate will be results oriented, comfortable navigating ambiguity, able to balance multiple priorities, have a continuous learning approach and comfortable working across diverse business and cultural contexts. The candidate will demonstrate specific experience leading cross-functional facilities, security and/or operations projects that delivered functional improvements. Additionally, this role will be responsible for leading capital expense planning, tracking, and accountability in alignment with a documented capital expense process across global facilities management operations.
