Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of two years of facility or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance to the facility management team to ensure the successful completion of client facility needs.
Analyzes work orders by size, urgency, skill set, location, complexity, and available manpower; and assists operations teams by issuing work orders in a sequential flow to individual technicians or work teams.
Coordinates the engagement and direction of appropriate subcontractors.
comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
Write routine reports and correspondence.
Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisors.
Effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees
