Responsibilities
- Coordinate all maintenance activity as the principal contact and liaison between campus facilities leadership and other supported departments.
- Ensure that all internal beneficiaries of maintenance receive timely, efficient and quality service.
- Maintain a keen awareness of the situation (schedule, problems, etc.) to help balance the need for TMS work order daily output with equipment reliability through proactive maintenance.
- Analyze long-range and short-range planning, including regular analysis of TMS backlog relative to available resources.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required.
- Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training.
- Valid OK Driver's License.
