At LG, we strive to make Life Good for Everyone. Summary The primary role of a Facilities Ops Associate is to provide labor support for the Building Operations. There are many tasks that require physical labors such as Moving/Relocating Heavy Items, Minor Repairs, Coffee Machine Refill/Maintenance, and similar tasks. In addition, the Facilities Ops Associate would be a flexible asset that can provide support for emergency or time-sensitive tasks such as Ad Hoc Cleaning and VIP/Executive Assignments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Handyman, Mailroom Attendant, Port Operator, or similar work
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Standing and walking for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean

Responsibilities

  • Receive, pack, lift, load, unload, and move shipments or items up to 650 lbs using a forklift, pallet jack or other equipment
  • Dismantling crates
  • Loading dock management
  • Furniture arrangement upon request
  • Sort and distribute mail and/or packages
  • Replenish plasticware, condiments and coffee in the breakroom
