At LG, we strive to make Life Good for Everyone. Summary The primary role of a Facilities Ops Associate is to provide labor support for the Building Operations. There are many tasks that require physical labors such as Moving/Relocating Heavy Items, Minor Repairs, Coffee Machine Refill/Maintenance, and similar tasks. In addition, the Facilities Ops Associate would be a flexible asset that can provide support for emergency or time-sensitive tasks such as Ad Hoc Cleaning and VIP/Executive Assignments.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Handyman, Mailroom Attendant, Port Operator, or similar work
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Standing and walking for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate in English and Korean

Responsibilities

Receive, pack, lift, load, unload, and move shipments or items up to 650 lbs using a forklift, pallet jack or other equipment
Dismantling crates
Loading dock management
Furniture arrangement upon request
Sort and distribute mail and/or packages
Replenish plasticware, condiments and coffee in the breakroom
