This position is for a Facilities Operator C on the 1st shift, responsible for performing cleaning and custodial duties to ensure a clean, sanitized, dust-free, and contamination-free environment. The role requires working from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm onsite in Marlborough, MA.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of any area as assigned.
• Follow verbal and written instructions from supervision.
• Conduct custodial cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and stripping floors.
• Wax, treat, buff, and polish floors.
• Clean and polish desks and other office furniture.
• Wash walls, glass partitions, windows, blinds, and lights.
• Maintain sanitary conditions of washrooms and restrooms.
• Dispose of general waste and recycling appropriately.
• Sweep and clean outside areas adjacent to doors.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform general maintenance.
• Maintain records and follow safety rules in performance of duties.
