Expect to perform preventive maintenance inspections, conduct minor repairs, and assist with various construction tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system fixes. You are essentially the heartbeat of our commercial facilities, keeping them in top shape for everyone. We understand that life happens. This position participates in a rotating on-call schedule with other trade specialists.
