Requirements

• Proven background in Facilities Management, Maintenance, and Project Management Services.
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role.
• Formal 3rd level qualification (technical) or equivalent relevant experience in a technical or building services role.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong influencing skills and a track record of people management and development.
• Consistent track record in budget and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and development of assigned contracts to meet financial and operational commitments.
• Review supplier services to ensure value for money and adherence to standard methodologies.
• Manage employees, focusing on personal development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Maintain customer focus in all operational activities and foster effective relationships with key client contacts.
• Identify opportunities for delivering additional services and expanding current offerings.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental & Health and Safety standards in operations.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and people management processes.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation and standard methodologies to build long-lasting partnerships with customers.
• Develop and deliver strategic reporting to support client relationship management, identifying trends and taking action accordingly.
