The Facilities and Operations Manager is responsible for the overall facility management of the Longo Campus, including the safeguard and general maintenance of the property. The Facilities and Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations regarding housekeeping, maintenance, upkeep, reconditioning, renovation, and security of the property per company standards. The position oversees contractors/vendors/business partners under contract for property renovation projects and maintenance; and must be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, procedures, and materials as well as local building codes, OSHA regulations, and health, safety, and security regulations. This is an exempt role. Wages include Base salary range of $115,000 - $145,000 depending on experience.
