Requirements

  • Experience as an industrial mechanic
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
  • Requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to work with machinery and moving parts.
  • Possess valid US driver’s license to operate motor vehicles.
  • Ability to work with moving vehicles, ladders, and scaffolding.
  • Ability to work at heights, and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to occasionally lift 50lbs.
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
  • Ability to work in repetitive motions and pressure involving fingers, hands, and wrists, includes standing or walking over hard concrete surface, and climbing ladders
  • Ability to wear fall protection if required
  • This position requires the lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company.

Responsibilities

  • Making plumbing repairs such as PVC, Iron pipe, copper etc.
  • Replacing bearings in electric motors and fans.
  • Replacing V- belts replacing pneumatic pumps
  • Using a drain snake to clear a drain.
  • Troubleshooting failed equipment such as motors and pumps.
  • May require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
