Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Must have completed at least one course in thermodynamics or fluid dynamics.
  • Experience with SolidWorks and AutoCad preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Identify/Execute projects to enhance facilities system safety, reliability, and energy efficiency.
  • Perform deep dives of critical facilities systems to identify system optimization.
  • Troubleshoot System Faults and Resolving Interruptions.
  • Update/Optimize the Facilities Tool Utility Matrix.
  • Update Building and Facilities Equipment documentation: As-built drawings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sequence of Operations (SOOs), System Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Preventative Maintenance plans (PMs), Capacity vs Demand Analysis.
  • Support process equipment installation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including fab engineering, EHS, and energy.
