About The Position

As a Facilities/Mechanical Engineer & Property Management Expert at Robson Forensic, you will investigate facilities and grounds maintenance and management incidents. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• P.E. license.
• 10+ years of experience as a commercial, institutional, and/or residential Facilities Manager.
• Hands-on experience assessing, running, and troubleshooting building systems.
• Experience managing a winter maintenance crew is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of facilities and grounds safety.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent technical, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel about 20% on average.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive.
• Prior forensic experience is not required.
