Frost Valley YMCA is 2 hours north of New York City in the heart of the Catskill Mountains! As part of a three-person supervision team, this position involves working alongside the Chief Facilities & Property Officer and Maintenance Supervisor. The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization's building maintenance and staff. This role includes supervising facilities staff, as well as assisting with construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, leadership and communication skills to manage diverse operations effectively. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, functional and well-organized environment.
