About The Position
The Facilities Manager at Noroton Yacht Club is a key member of the senior staff responsible for overseeing the club's facilities and ensuring their efficient and safe operation. This role involves managing the clubhouse, waterfront, and other facilities while supporting sailing operations and maintaining a high-quality experience for club members. The Facilities Manager will work closely with the General Manager and other team members to uphold the club's mission of fostering a love for sailing and providing excellent service to members.
