About The Position
Facilities Manager oversees the daily operations of the building facilities and the management of the facilities team. This is accomplished through (1) managing the team of maintenance technicians (2) overseeing quality and delegation of daily work orders and (3) overseeing apartment turnover. This role requires an advanced knowledge of facilities management, systems and equipment. The scope of work orders includes; maintenance, repair, construction, electrical, plumbing, painting, general maintenance and HVAC trades. This role serves as primary lead for all on-call needs, in collaboration with the Lead Facilities Technician.
