The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Regional Manager with the delivery of quality facility management services. This role will coordinate and manage client requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction. It is also a hands-on role that calls for technical knowledge of light plumbing, electrical and small building maintenance repair tasks. The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and safety of buildings and their systems. This role ensures that facilities are well-maintained, efficient, and compliant with regulations, while providing a comfortable and functional environment for client and occupants within the contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, technical knowledge of building systems, and experience in project management.
