Overview Direct, supervise/manage, and evaluate the facilities and maintenance team and/or vendors and contractors in the essential duties ensuring the quality of services delivered to the clients meets and exceeds our standards and contractual obligations. Facility Manager has direct oversight of Maintenance, and capital projects. This role pays an annual salary of $80,000-$90,000 B enefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays) This position will remain open until March 13, 2026.
