The Facilities Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of Hospice of the Chesapeake’s facilities, including inpatient care centers, administrative offices, and community spaces. This position oversees building systems, preventive maintenance, vendor management, emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance, and capital project support. The Facilities Manager ensures facilities are maintained to support patient comfort, staff safety, ADA accessibility, and the organization’s mission. This position is a full-time 40 hour work week. It will be based out of Waldorf, Maryland and will cover our facilities in three counties, Charles, Calvert and Prince George's Counties.
