Facilities Manager
About The Position

Behind every memorable guest experience is a facilities team that keeps the environment safe, fully operational, and guest-ready. The Facilities Manager supports the day-to-day maintenance and building operations that make this possible. You will be part of a shared services team that supports all divisions of the PBS Brands, including Punch Bowl Social, Pinstripes, VoiceBox, Lyrical, and Sweet Tooth Hotel. This is a Denver-based hybrid position requiring some travel.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of maintenance, facilities, or related experience
- Basic understanding of building systems (HVAC. electrical, plumbing)
- Strong desire to learn and develop technical skills
- Organized, dependable, and safety-focused
- Positive attitude with a guest-first mindset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
- Fast, effective response to guest-impacting issues
- Accuracy with work order management
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs as needed
Nice To Haves
- Ecotrac experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support daily maintenance across high-volume, 25,000+ sq. ft. entertainment venues
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks using the Ecotrac CMMS platform
- Respond to Routine repair requests involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, doors, finishes, and general building systems
- Help minimize the downtime of guest-facing attractionsand amenities
- Maintain facilities to meet safety standards and brand expectations
- Work safely and professionally in guest-facing environments during operating hours
- Partner with the venue operations team to quickly resolve facility-related issues
