We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of Grimaldi’s restaurants across the West Coast region. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems are fully operational and meet the necessary safety, health, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting these systems, as well as a thorough understanding of state and federal health codes and safety regulations. Frequent travel is required to manage equipment installations and conduct routine inspections as needed.
