About The Position

Requirements

  • CFM or IFM certification
  • Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in facilities or property management
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Facilities, Property, Business, or related field
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate, project management, and real estate finance fundamentals
  • Technical proficiency in basic computer applications, CMMS, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Teams software
  • Proven time management and delegation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, heavily matrixed environment
  • Strong analytical ability, judgment, problem-solving, and crisis management skills with the ability to gather data, assess situations, and quickly develop and execute solutions

Responsibilities

  • Function as the primary interface with clients, visitors, and guests while monitoring overall workflow to ensure timely completion within established SLAs
  • Manage operations, maintenance, and capital improvements of all Life Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Security, and Elevator systems
  • Inspect facilities consistently and participate in cross-area facility inspections to assure consistent delivery of services and compliance with JCAP Operations audits
  • Mentor, guide, and lead site teams while providing oversight of staff selection, counseling, appraisals, recognition, and personnel actions
  • Collaborate with Account Leadership and clients to develop goals, objectives, and focus areas for Workplace Experience Services and Integrated Service Delivery
  • Analyze engineering operating budgets, track savings and cost avoidance, and develop capital budgets while demonstrating ability to interpret and explain results and variances
  • Manage vendor contracts, oversee project development and execution, and provide tactical operational facilities support for key JLL third-party supplier partners
