About The Position

Responsible and accountable for campus maintenance and department operations, fiscal/financial management, quality, service, Environment of Care/safety, risk management, and human resource management. Supports the organization's vision, mission, goals, and values. Will be responsible for site security in partnership with Enterprise Security.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Industrial Technology or related field required.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in facility operations and services.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer and various software knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of various maintenance trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, construction, mechanical, and other building services related areas.
• Familiarity with landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to understand and negotiate service contracts.
• Understanding of Environmental Services and laundry operations.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry requirements (NFPA, TJC, CMS) preferred.
• Organization leadership experience preferred.
