Lead the on-site team in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including customer/client services, event coordination, material handling, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management. Develop client relationships with key representatives in supporting client’s corporate real estate goals and objectives. Ensure that services are delivered at the highest levels of quality, in keeping with the expectations of our customer and the importance of this site. Direct the on-site team in executing the needs of managing the assigned site/portfolio.
