About The Position
The Facility Manager for Westport will manage and direct both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations leveraging mostly third-party resources and partners to ensure overall operational performance supporting short and long-term real estate goals. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of key building operations and systems that support the day-to-day and long-term success of our properties. This includes ensuring proper meeting and reporting cadences with appropriate checks and balances for the site(s) to meet specific site SLA and KPI in a class A+ environment. The ideal candidate will have technical experience and a deep understanding of BOH operations and infrastructure systems (with FOH operational experience) as well as excellent leadership and communication skills in managing and interacting with executive leadership.
