About The Position
The Facilities Manager / Superintendent is a hybrid role responsible for managing the maintenance and development of company facilities while also serving as a superintendent on internal construction projects. This position plays a key role in ensuring that company-owned offices, shops, and yards are safe, functional, and continuously improved to support field operations. The role also oversees the execution of facility-related construction and renovation projects from planning through completion.
