About The Position

Our organization is growing quickly and expanding our footprint, and we are looking for a dedicated and organized Facilities Manager to help fuel that momentum! The Facilities Manager oversees maintenance, repair, and operational readiness for 14 corporate locations, the corporate office, and the distribution center. This role ensures all sites remain safe, compliant, fully functional, and aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, vendor management experience, and the ability to support a fast paced, multi-unit QSR environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of facilities management experience, ideally in QSR, retail, hospitality, or multi‑unit operations.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple locations and competing priorities.
  • Experience with CMMS or work‑order management systems.
  • Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly to restaurant and facility locations.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a hands-on, service‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day facilities support for 14 corporate QSR locations, the corporate office, and the distribution center.
  • Prioritize and respond to service requests, ensuring timely resolution with minimal business disruption.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure all locations meet brand standards for cleanliness, functionality, and guest experience.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and building infrastructure.
  • Coordinate emergency repairs and troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment warranties, service logs, and asset lifecycles.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage third‑party vendors for repairs, maintenance, and capital projects.
  • Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring cost‑effective solutions.
  • Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, including maintenance, repairs, and capital expenditures.
  • Track spending, forecast needs, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Support long‑term planning for equipment replacement and facility upgrades.
  • Ensure all locations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Partner with operations and safety teams to support audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain documentation for compliance, permits, and inspections.
  • Work closely with Operations, Construction, IT, and Supply Chain teams to support business needs.
  • Provide facilities expertise during remodels, new equipment rollouts, and special projects.
  • Communicate clearly with restaurant leadership to ensure transparency and alignment.
