CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) works with clients to make real estate a significant contributor to organizational productivity and performance. Our account management model is at the heart of our client-centric approach to delivering integrated real estate solutions. Each client is entrusted with a dedicated leader and is supported by regional and global resources, demonstrating the industry's most robust platform. CBRE GWS delivers consistent, measurably superior outcomes for our clients at every stage of the lifecycle, and across industries and geographies. As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you're the architect of a thriving and well-maintained environment. Your role is far more than just a job; it's about orchestrating the seamless functionality of a collection of 70-80 smaller-to-medium-sized buildings and office spaces. You'll be involved in every facet of the building's lifecycle, from addressing immediate repair needs to contributing to long-term investment plans that enhance the value and efficiency of the property. Your insights and recommendations will directly influence the decisions made to improve and maintain the assets under your care, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance. You'll also lead and empower all aspects of building operations and maintenance. You'll be responsible for proactive maintenance, identifying potential issues before they become major disruptions, and reactive repairs, responding swiftly and effectively to unexpected challenges. You'll be a key player in ensuring that the buildings are not just functional, but also safe, comfortable, and aligned with the overall strategic vision for the property.
