As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will lead a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for a single, high-profile facility that includes both modern office space and a mission-critical data center. This is a unique opportunity to manage a dynamic environment where operational excellence directly supports business continuity and innovation. This role is part of the Facilities Management functional area, which focuses on all aspects of asset operations. You will engage directly with the client to ensure service delivery meets expectations, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic planning for repairs and long-term investments.   • Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance performed by vendors and contractors.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
  • Prepare and manage capital and operating projects.
  • Manage all aspects of budget development, implementation and monitoring.
  • Perform facility inspections, following local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
  • Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures.
  • Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
  • Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
  • Provide formal supervision for employees.
  • Monitor the training and development of staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
  • Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Influence stakeholders to achieve consensus.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
  • Experience supporting data center environments is strongly preferred.
  • Must have proven experience in managing commercial facilities, including overseeing daily operations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Proven ability to bring forward solutions to resolve operational problems or issues.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Facility Management certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and overseeing a budget.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong technical aptitude is required.
  • Foundational understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and positive client interaction.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
  • Strong organizational skills complemented by a keen inquisitive mindset.
  • Advanced math skills, ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
