About The Position
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for children and adolescents who face significant emotional, behavioral and intellectual/developmental challenges. Located in Viera, FL, this position is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities for our residential campus. The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities in regards to the real estate, property and managing the maintenance staff including one housekeeper; they plan, budget, and schedules facility modifications including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs. Additionally, they also handle all of the construction projects, ensuring that all operations are in compliance with JCAHO, HRS and all applicable regulations.
