About The Position
The Facilities Manager (CRE) is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the facility or campus, including custodial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance, are implemented and carried out in a manner consistent with C&W policies and client directives. This role involves managing contracts, supervising maintenance programs, responding to tenant requests, ensuring compliance with documentation and reporting, preparing budgets, and hiring and training facility personnel. The Facilities Manager must also monitor insurance compliance and coordinate claims as required.
