About The Position

Primary responsibilities include coordination of motor pool, customer service, Facilities Management payroll and record support duties. This position is the first point of contact for Facilities Management and will involve contact with internal and external customers to include ensuring contractors are getting correct key access for spaces. This position includes general office duties and requires knowledge of Microsoft Office and professional customer service with exceptional organizational and communication skills and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must support the mission, vision, and values of NDSCS
  • Associate's degree in a related field or 2 years of office experience
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving abilities, with the ability to address day-to-day challenges
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-motivation and reliability
