FACILITIES MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS: • Perform a wide range of cleaning duties, including, but not limited to cleaning floors, windows, tables, chairs and equipment in accordance with our facility procedures. • Some industrial maintenance such as cleaning, painting, striping, plumbing, some electrical work, etc. • Perform required light maintenance including, but not limited to changing light bulbs, changing washers in faucets and inspecting and cleaning grease. • Initiate set up of tables and chairs for various functions. • Experience with industrial machinery (mills-lathes-air compressor). • Knowledge of small tools. • Maintain personal health and sanitation standards. • Read and interpret safety/employment manuals and other work-related documents. • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly facility. • Performs other work-related duties as assigned. • Self-starter and stable person. • Working with minimum supervision. • Willing to learn and grow with the Company. Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills) • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently. • Must have effective English verbal and written communication skills. • Must possess basic English reading skills. • Must be organized and able to prioritize and multi-task. • Must have knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
