About The Position
The Facilities Maintenance position at BelFlex Staffing Network is a vital role that ensures the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities. This position is primarily focused on performing various maintenance tasks that contribute to the overall functionality and appearance of the facilities. The role requires a hands-on approach to maintenance, including filling salt tanks, performing minor repairs, painting, replacing doors, changing lightbulbs, and handling minor plumbing issues. The successful candidate will be expected to work during the first shift, from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and will be compensated at a rate of $18.00 per hour. In addition to the technical skills required for maintenance tasks, the role emphasizes the importance of safety and reliability. Candidates must adhere to safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for themselves and others. The position also requires physical stamina, as candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that may involve physical labor.
