FACILITIES MAINTENANCE WORKER

Requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings.
- Perform general preventative maintenance on building equipment.
- They will have good organization and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Daily inspection of facility and grounds looking for possible maintenance and repair issues.
- Perform a wide variety of general and semiskilled activities (e.g. lighting, AC/heating, carpentry, painting and minor electrical repairs).
- Maintain company vehicles.
- Install new equipment.
- Heat treat pallets for export.
- Maintain cleaning logs.
- Semiannually washing of warehouse.
- Other duties as assigned.
