Requirements

  • High School or equivalent.
  • 3 years of overall work experience.
  • Be able to work 1st shift morning hours.
  • The position could involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day.
  • Must be able to reach, lift, bend and stoop without restrictions.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
  • Good manual dexterity needed.
  • Repairing.
  • Process optimization.
  • Manufacturing and building maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

  • Independently complete minor building repair and upkeep of walls, paint, furniture, offices, bathrooms, etc.
  • Regular operation of lift trucks, skid-steer, aerial work platforms, personnel carrier and primary operator of the floor scrubber.
  • Cleaning and organizing to support GMP and efficiency throughout the facility.
  • Grounds keeping including snow removal & salting, landscaping, and support of company events or activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
