For more information, visit our website at www.teledynemarine.com. Position Overview: This position is responsible for the maintenance of production equipment, facilities and OSHA / DEP compliance. Ensure equipment is maintained in accordance with manufacturers recommended standards and fit for use by directing staff in daily operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent knowledge of industrial /commercial construction and industrial OSHA/ DEP/DOT regulations and practices
  • Ability to work with changing demands in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
  • Knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Advanced knowledge of plumbing, concrete, carpentry, drywall installations and renovations, commercial roofing systems and a working knowledge of electrical circuitry and lighting systems
  • Minimum 3 years in construction or manufacturing building maintenance and repair experience preferred
  • Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "US Person" (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees).

Responsibilities

  • General repair and maintenance of building and grounds
  • Manage the maintenance software for PM and daily facilities requests
  • Assist management with planning and construction of partition walls and other changes to the building configuration
  • Maintain excellent communication and working relationship with all employees within the company
  • Comply with, and assist management in the enforcement of all company safety policies and regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA and DOT
