We are seeking a skilled and versatile Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Department in Lewisburg, TN. This full-time, first-shift position requires expertise in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Welding skills are a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility maintenance and be capable of working independently and as part of a team.

  • Plumbing
  • Read blueprints and drawings to determine specifications for installations.
  • Install and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
  • Determine water supply networks and drainage systems.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angles.
  • Inspect structures and test completed work.
  • Maintain work logs and storage areas.
  • Carpentry
  • Build, repair, and install counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, doors, and trim.
  • Painting
  • Interpret drawings and blueprints.
  • Replace damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles, and wall coverings.
  • Set up and break down cubicle partitions.
  • Maintain organized storage and prepare materials.
  • Electrical
  • Work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, and layouts.
  • Install and repair electrical equipment and components.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
  • Install power supply wiring and conduit for machinery.
  • Diagnose and replace faulty components.
  • Conduct building safety inspections and maintain safety systems.
  • General Duties
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
  • Use various power and hand tools efficiently.
  • May supervise others on major installations and repairs.
  • Follow all department and plant SOPs and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned which also includes supporting Machine Maintenance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
  • Trade school certification
  • Ability to drive a box truck with manual transmission.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Electrical license (LLE) through the State of Tennessee for projects under $25,000.00
  • Limited Licensed Plumber (LLP) license for projects under $25,000.00
