About The Position

We are currently seeking Maintenance Laborers and Facilities Technicians. The ideal candidate is capable of doing general facility maintenance. Please apply directly or send your resume to [email protected]

Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours and over time when required.

Responsibilities

Dust and wash common surfaces (i.e. walls, duct work, furniture, etc.)
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, bathrooms, stairs, and office space.
Cleans lint, dust, oil and grease from overhead pipes, conveyors and other equipment.
Empties trash and garbage containers and transports to the disposal areas.
Notifies supervisor concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
May clean snow and debris from sidewalk using hand tools and power tools.
Change light bulbs and ceiling tile and clean windows.
Keep clutter from the work areas. Empty waste containers and dust collectors.
Clean and stock restrooms.
Ability to work flexible hours and over time when required.
