About The Position

This position assists our internal departments’ staff with all service calls, as well as manages the overall upkeep of our commercial facilities. The role involves routinely inspecting all properties to identify any potential opportunities and current needs, and performing preventive maintenance as scheduled, including but not limited to, replacing bulbs and air filters. Requirements

  • Must have flexible availability, as schedule may vary between daytime and evening shifts, including holidays and weekends.
  • Minimum 18 years of age due to type of equipment used and general work environment.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Must have weekend & evening shift availability (10am - 7pm).
  • Must have an eye for detail in the trade.
  • Must possess good organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be in good physical condition and have the ability to move / lift various objects throughout shift.
  • Must be comfortable climbing and working on ladders ranging from 6’ to 20’ heights.
  • Must be able to stand for a majority of the shift while reaching, bending and stooping frequently.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds across short-medium distance.
  • Must be able to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements.
  • Must be able to work in all-weather elements and heights.

Nice To Haves

  • Two or more years of maintenance experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist our internal departments’ staff with all service calls, as well as manage the overall upkeep of our commercial facilities.
  • Complete all assigned work orders efficiently and to Resort standards.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair resort equipment to ensure longevity and proper usage.
  • Conduct on-going maintenance programs.
  • Routinely inspect all properties to identify any potential opportunities and current needs.
  • Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
  • Perform light plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs.
  • Uphold the core values and policies and procedures of the resort.
  • All other duties as assigned.
