How will you make an impact? You’ll play a key role in ensuring our facility operates smoothly and efficiently by performing repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance. Location: This is an onsite position with our St. Petersburg Florida Bryan Dairy facility. We are expanding to a 24/7 site and have the below multiple shifts open. Shift A - 6am to 6pm Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday Shift C – 6am to 6pm Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday

  • Perform electrical, painting, and/or carpentry repairs of fixtures and equipment on company premises.
  • Oversee installation, relocation and reinstallation of new and/or existing equipment.
  • Maintain and repair production support air compressors, air dryers, and vacuum systems.
  • Perform simple engineering calculations for proposed new equipment.
  • Update mechanical prints when changes mandate.
  • Maintain all air conditioning and ventilation equipment within manufacturer specifications.
  • Submit proposals and recommendations to department supervisor for upgrades or changes.
  • Maintain maintenance records for each piece of equipment responsible for.
  • Troubleshoot and conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required.
  • Follow Preventive Maintenance Instructions and ensure that the records for such are properly documented.
  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
  • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred not required; and three years or more experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing; or equivalent combination of education/certifications/licenses and experience with demonstrated skills required to perform the job.
  • Personal computer operation in a Windows environment (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Use of specialized maintenance tracking programs and building automation systems
  • OSHA 10 and 30
  • Air compressors experience (industrial and commercial ideally 175 hp)
  • Vacuum machines experience (industrial and commercial ideally 50 hp)
  • Dryers experience (industrial and commercial ideally 50 hp)
  • Licensed electrician
  • Licensed HVAC technician
  • Licensed plumber
  • Variable Speed Drives experience
  • Lockout/Tagout trained
  • Scissor lift experience
  • Electric pallet jack experience
  • Journeyman electrician a plus
  • HVAC certification
