Requirements

Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, welding, and building systems
Ability to read wiring diagrams, understand motor controls, and use relevant software
Experience with digital systems (CMMS) to manage work orders, inventory, and asset tracking
Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
U.S. citizenship required
Ability to operate motorized equipment (certifications may be required)
Basic PC skills and familiarity with company databases
Willingness to comply with company policies and pass drug screenings
Availability for varied shifts, including on-call, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work independently and complete tasks without assistance
Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Strong commitment to safety and OSHA compliance

Responsibilities

Collaborate daily with the Maintenance Specialist on assigned tasks
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep
Support mechanical system operations across departments
Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of maintenance issues
Monitor and maintain grounds and landscaping
Schedule and perform planting, seeding, fertilizing, trimming, mowing, and spraying
Prepare for winter operations, including snow removal and equipment readiness
