Requirements

  • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, welding, and building systems
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, understand motor controls, and use relevant software
  • Experience with digital systems (CMMS) to manage work orders, inventory, and asset tracking
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to operate motorized equipment (certifications may be required)
  • Basic PC skills and familiarity with company databases
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and pass drug screenings
  • Availability for varied shifts, including on-call, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks without assistance
  • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Strong commitment to safety and OSHA compliance

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate daily with the Maintenance Specialist on assigned tasks
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep
  • Support mechanical system operations across departments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of maintenance issues
  • Monitor and maintain grounds and landscaping
  • Schedule and perform planting, seeding, fertilizing, trimming, mowing, and spraying
  • Prepare for winter operations, including snow removal and equipment readiness
