The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine buildings and grounds maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will have the capability to perform various maintenance tasks including, painting, dry wall repair, concrete forming and finishing. As well as the ability to diagnose and repair kitchen and HVAC equipment. In this hands-on role, you’ll perform a wide range of routine maintenance and repair tasks – from carpentry, painting, and plumbing to HVAC, electrical, pool care, and grounds work – while supporting the overall safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the resort.
