Requirements

Minimum high school or GED required.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC systems
Previous experience as a maintenance technician
Deadline, detail, and customer service-oriented
Strong knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (position requires local travel)

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of OSHA regulations are a plus!

Responsibilities

Surveys buildings, ensuring consistency with health and safety standards.
Conducts general upkeep and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, plumbing, appliance install, drywall repair, windows, etc.)
Performs preventative maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Shares on-call rotation
Other duties as assigned.
Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments homes for move-ins.
